w3tc – enchanced disk – Page Cache URL rewriting is not working

If you get this error when using “disk enchanced” for page cache

“It appears Page Cache URL rewriting is not working. If using apache, verify that the server configuration allows .htaccess or if using nginx verify all configuration files are included in the configuration.”

put the wordpress .htaccess rules under root below the w3tc insertion
